Welcome to the NetherReal Lovecraft Discussion Group, a controlled discussion group for all topics concerning Lovecraft and the Cthulhu Mythos. The reason I'm starting this controlled group is simple, I've seen too many unrelated topics discussed on the alt.horror.cthulhu news group to keep me interested in it. While some of the topics, and contributors, are worthwhile not only for reading, but for reply as well, some are a bit out of this world. I spend alot of time sifting through hundreds of posts to find a handful worth reading.

There are a few rules you'll need to know about before going on.

  • Only those posts which deal with subjects concerning H.P. Lovecraft and the Cthulhu Mythos will be accepted.
  • While discussions will be posted in their original form, I reserve the right to edit them for content, and this only for rude remarks or excessive foul language.
  • No flames.

Pretty simple rules, really, if you look at them. I want to keep this discussion board as fulfilling and simple as possible, offering you a place you can discuss and ponder your own ideas about the most prolific horror writer of the twentieth century and the worlds he left us.

Enjoy!

Jim
